How it works

Pick a bounty
Browse the board below. Click any bounty to open the GitHub issue and read the full spec.

Claim it
Comment on the issue to request to work on it and share your Lightning address. If it's still available, a maintainer will label it In Progress. You must share your Lightning address before a maintainer can mark it in progress. Multiple hunters can work the same bounty — it may be assigned to you and others until a winner is chosen.

Build & submit a PR
Work in your own fork. Open a pull request when ready and link it to the issue. Your PR will go through three rounds of review before a decision is made.

Get paid in sats
Once your PR is approved and merged, payment is sent directly to your Lightning address. No delays.
Bounty levels
Spark
Good first issues. Small scope, clear requirements. Great entry point if you're new to the codebase.
Flame
Mid-complexity features and fixes. Requires some familiarity with the Flash stack.
Eruption
Hard problems. Significant engineering effort. Higher reward. Deep codebase knowledge required.
Summit
Legendary difficulty. Architecture-level work. The biggest rewards on the board. Not for the faint-hearted.
